This facility was wonderful for my son recuperating from a car accident. The care concern shown from the CEO, medical staff, therapists, all the way to the kitchen and cleaning staff made us feel like we were family. It was obvious they understood the difficult time we were going through and were so kind and caring through it all. Thank you to you all.
This place was amazing from top to bottom. Everyone was so helpful and nice all the way from house keeping, physical therapy, nurses, and doctors. They all did there best to take care of me and my needs. I couldn't be any more satisfied with my care.
Rehabilitation Hospital of the Northwest is the best pace a person could ever end up when needing rehabilitation. A person is treated as if you are family. The staff is wonderful – from the case manager, to doctors, nursing, patient care technicians, therapists, food service, and housekeeping. The whole team is wonderful day and night. Can you tell I’m their biggest fan after two different stays?
"You guys are incredible. We had a great experience, not only once,
but twice this year!!! My mother’s care there was nothing but A+ service.
Not only the nurses and the therapist were awesome but the office
staff, kitchen staff, cleaning people & everyone we came in contact with.
I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!"
"This is the best hospital that I have been in, in my entire life, and I've been
a nurse for 27 years! The therapists pushed my husband's abilities to
the max with kindness, and he responded well! Without their help, he would
have ended up in a nursing home, and would have died. If you ever need to go to a
rehab center, I would highly recommend this one. Words cannot say enough!
"Every person I encountered treated me with love and respect,
welcomed my family, my dog. I never want to go to brain wars again,
but if I must, this is the team I will ask to help me win.
I even know how to do things that I didn't
care about prior to subdural hematoma.
Thanks be to God."
“A wonderful facility. It felt the entire staff was there solely for
my recovery. I will always have fond memories from my arrival
to the staff lining the hallway clapping on my departure to
celebrate my recovery. I'm a little teary eyed writing this note,
musing my experience. I really miss you guys,
but it is so nice to be home. Thanks!!!”
